Products: dental surgical instruments intended exclusively for dental professionals and companies operating in the dental industry. By ordering, you declare that you belong to this professional audience; the declaration is recorded with the order.

Prices and payment: prices are shown in euro. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. No deferred payment terms are offered.

Delivery: goods ship from Seregno (MB), Italy, with the costs and timelines described on the Shipping page.

Warranty: instruments are covered by a workmanship warranty. Claims are opened through the warranty page linked from the QR code delivered with each order.

Governing law: Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory protections of the country of residence remain unaffected.
