Returns

If you purchase as a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

Exception — sterile products: instruments delivered sealed for reasons of hygiene and health protection cannot be returned once the seal has been broken (art. 59, Directive 2011/83/EU). A sterile instrument whose seal has been opened is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To start a return, write to us by email with your order reference. Once the returned goods reach us in their original sealed condition, we refund the full amount, including standard shipping, within 14 days using the original payment method.

Defective instruments are handled under the workmanship warranty at any time — use the QR code on your order confirmation to open a claim.
